Copper Reserves
The Milford Mineral Belt is a network of proven, inferred, highly probable and possible mineral resources. It also has a rich history of successful mining operations that were initiated by the Spaniards in the 1700’s and the French and others. By the close of 1910, the area had produced approximately 17,000 oz. of gold, 16,000,000 ounces of silver, 31,000,000 pounds of copper, 350,000,000 pounds of lead, 5,000,000 pounds of zinc. (James A. Whelan, Research Geologist, U.S.M.S. 1973 Paper). Since that time, many mining companies have conducted mining operations in the area. Some were successful, and all were eventually halted by limitations of relatively small, fractionated interests, metal prices or litigation due to encroachment issues. Many mines were affected and closed from lengthy law suits that taxed the patience and commitment of their founders. Over the years, many companies have come to Milford in search of new copper deposits. Some of which are renowned world class copper producers. For example, in 1976, M.D. Regan of Bear Creek Mining (Kennecott) stated; “the Milford area exhibits all the favorable geologic indications of a porphyry copper mega-district”. Most major mining companies are familiar with the geologic potential of the Milford Mineral District and have conducted studies of their own. Until now, their entry has been hampered by market conditions, ongoing litigation and factionalized, competitive interests of claim holders. Since the late 1980’s, Mark Dotson founder and CEO of WUCC, has been working with fractionalized claim holders to acquire their mineral rights in an effort to consolidate the entire Milford Mineral Belt and surrounding areas. To date, he has gathered over 59,000 contiguous acres of properties covering an area 18 miles long and more than six miles wide. These resources and others make up the principal assets of CPRK. The Milford Mineral Belt is rich with geology that supports the likely discovery of world class porphyry copper. CPRK holdings include hundreds of acres with obvious copper-gold mineralization, that has never before been under one ownership as it is now. These properties include large areas that have been drill proven. Independent industry experts were retained to evaluate the resulting data. Based upon their reports, it has been determined that WUCC property includes substantial, proven copper-gold-magnetite skarn mineralization along with numerous copper, gold, moly breccia pipes, and disseminated native copper in quartz monozonite porphyry which is bounded by large areas of Quartz Sericite Pyrite (QSP) and predict the following values:
Breccia pipes include the OK mine, which is also a small text book porphyry copper, with unusually high Copper, gold, moly values, the Mary I (Pronounced Mary eye), Iron king, Comet and Cactus mine are all valuable Breccia pipes. Copper Gold skarns, also unusually high grade, include the Hidden Treasure, Maria, Candy B, Copper Ranch, Sunrise, Bawana, Old Hickory and Valley deposit. This mineralization combined with the unusual high copper-gold grades suggest leakage from a world class copper porphyry of better than average grade. CPRK maintains as its principal strategic plan to operate the Flotation Mill, Vat Leach, and Solvent Extraction Electro win Plant at a substantial profit and to explore additional resources. In addition, profits from operations will be used to enhance and expand its exploration activities. Evidence is overwhelming that the Milford Mineral Belt contains at least one world class porphyry copper. The company intends to mount an aggressive exploration campaign in order to identify the copper center. The value of such a find could be measured in billions of dollars. Evident from its apparent geology, independent industry experts believe that the Milford Mineral Belt is nearly a certain candidate for the discovery of one of the largest porphyry copper deposits in the world. |
